- Step 3
We will research the market for you and find the right product to meet your needs. There are currently over 50,000 mortgage products available on the UK market, we will find the one that is right for you. We will then contact you to arrange step 4, the mortgage application.
- Step 4
Paper work will be kept to a minimum. We do most of it for you, all you need to do is check the accuracy of information and sign. You will need various documents to complete the mortgage application these may include (but are not limited to) Proofs of Identity (Passport/Driving licence) - Proofs of Address (utility bills etc.) -
Proofs of income (payslips/bank statements etc.) - recent mortgage statements etc. Most of these wil require photocopying. The application is then sent by us, to the lender. We will then act as your representative to the lender and aim to get your mortgage approved and completed as swiftly as possible.
- Step 5
Your solicitor/conveyancer is instructed to act on your behalf. We liaise with him to ensure a smooth completion. We have made the process even easier for you – click here for a free conveyancing quote.
- Step 6
You receive your money and start to make monthly payments to the lender.
