We expect you to bring a professional and caring attitude to our clients and to genuinely seek the best product for their circumstances and needs. We also expect you to seek out help when you need it and to conduct all affairs within the requirements of the FSA (guidance on these matters will be available from your Area Manager).

This is a Self Employed position which will require you to be responsible for your own tax and national insurance liabilities and to cover your own costs for attending client appointments (tax deductable). We have an associated accountant should you require advice with this.

Although some companies may not disclose license fees and introduction charges upon joining 4Most Mortgages a fee of just £695.00 will be payable.

This fee will entitle you to the Team Members only area of this site. In the Team Members area there are copies of all Compliance Papers needed to trade legally, samples of approved advertising materials, contact details for your Team Leaders and Area Managers, all of which is downloadable. You will also be provided with induction training, business cards and a Certificate of Authorisation to represent 4Most Mortgages. Naturally, on-going support is available from your local Team Leader or Area Manager at any time.

Compliance news and training tips will also be available in the Team Area, as will any group messages.
