ADVISER SUPPORT
We appreciate the difficulties of both qualified and NON QUALIFIED persons working in the financial services sector, and especially for those wanting to formulate a career. To this end the 4Most Mortgages team has developed a programme to make this happen.
By joining us, we will take responsibility for Financial Services Authority compliance obligations and regulation and through our network of local Team Leaders and Area Managers provide on-going support, training and advice. This includes assistance placing mortgages, the convenience of using our panel of solicitors and a range of products for personal and secured loans as well as commercial borrowing.
We provide efficient administrative processing services from Head Office, Our administration department will keep you constantly updated on the progress of your mortgages from application to completion and the tracking of insurance policies through to inception.
Upon joining the 4Most Mortgages Team you will be provided with induction training and some of this will be with your Area Manager. A presenter will be made available for use with your clients and a comprehensive range of administrative and marketing documentation will also be provided on disc and hard copy.
Where appropriate additional training will be offered at 4Most Mortgages head office
Ongoing support will include:-
- A Team Leader or Area Manager attending appointments if required (until the adviser is confident to make a presentation and complete a fact find on their own).
- Administration and guidance in the placing of mortgages would be undertaken and telephone support given at all times.
- Appointments made for you if required (small charge applies).
- Stationery & Company literature supplied.
- Public Liability Insurance.
- Licence to operate under 4Most Mortgages.
